Father · Son · Co. Louth
Two names. Two pairs of hands.
Pete and Seamus quote the job, prepare the ground, lay the finish and walk it with you at the end.
About the business
Small on purpose.
There is no sales crew and no separate fitting team. When you call, one of the people doing the work answers.
Pete and Seamus are a father-and-son team working across Dundalk and County Louth, with more than 35 years of combined experience between them.
That experience is most useful before the finish goes down: reading levels, deciding where water will go, choosing an edge that will hold and spotting when an existing base cannot be trusted.
The work stays direct. Pete and Seamus visit, explain the scope, write the quote and remain accountable for the result. It is a simpler way to run a job and a better way for a homeowner to know who is responsible.
“If a repair makes sense, we will say so. If the ground needs rebuilding, we will show you why.”
How we work
The standard is practical.
Not a list of vague values. These are the things you should be able to notice during the job.
- /01
We arrive when agreed
If weather or deliveries change the plan, you hear from us rather than wondering where the job stands.
- /02
We explain what is underneath
Excavation, sub-base, edge restraint and drainage appear in the scope because they determine whether the surface lasts.
- /03
We keep the site workable
Spoil and materials are managed with the access and neighbours in mind. The area is left orderly at the end of the day.
- /04
We finish with a walk-through
You see the falls, drains, joints and edges and can raise anything before the job is signed off.

Working area

Speak to the people who will do the work.
Tell Pete or Seamus what you have in mind. We will look at the access, levels and drainage, then give you a clear written quote.
